It’s a very big question in all major cities universities. Students who willing to get Admission in Bcom Stream, why they have to pay more Fees than a student who get admission in Bsc stream. We know Bcom is a very important Stream and also in demand. But Bsc also a very important stream, And the cost of equipment which was used in labs by students are very expensive. So, question again is same why Bcom is more costly than Bsc?

A BCom course in a leading city college costs more than a BSc Chemistry or BSc Biochemistry or Microbiology course, though the fee for the science courses includes laboratory and caution deposit fee. In answer, general secretary of the Association of University Teachers, C Pichandy said,” While calculating fees structure, colleges do not apply any logic behind them. They just increased the fee because of demand. From that way, they were exploiting students who are desperate to get into a particular course and so ask no questions,"

But in Abroad, like UK, governments have been asking institutions to reduce the fee for humanities courses to well below that charged for science courses, because these courses are much cheaper than Science Courses.
