Students still waiting for their results in Gujarat Technical University
Results of final semesters in Gujarat Technology University (GTU) were
still pending. And around 20,000 students are waiting for their results. The examination ended on May 9.
Many students who got admissions in Aboard
Universities face the threat of cancellation of their application due to delay
of results.
According to the authorities, they have over
millions of inquiries and complaints regarding the announcement of
results. Because usually results were announced within 40 days, but this
year, one and a half year passed and they still don't what does gonna happen.
Authorities also said the assessments of the answer sheets were complete and
may be next week we announced the results.
According to the (GTU) officials, the delay in
results was going on because, professors wants to check the answer sheets from
home, and for providing this luxury of checking papers, the university decided
to give username and password to the professors, who were however reluctant to
use their own internet.
